Wine & Wellness for the Soul
Tues. 6:30-8:00 pm
This group focuses on restoring the soul to what many believe is its original state: happy, curious, peaceful, unafraid, all over a glass of wine and possibly some crackers and cheese. This is a BYOW situation, though there might be some healthy soul who would share.

Practice Community
Sat. 5:3-6:45 pm
We practice lesser-known spiritual disciplines in a supportive group setting. The gathering consists of about 1/3 presentation, 1/3 practice and 1/3 conversation. The basic principles are that spiritual practices are not something we do because we are good, righteous people, but because often we are not. Spiritual practices connect us to available power and life. Also, there is not a certain set of practices everyone ought to be doing. Rather, different practices are fitting for different people and at different stages of their journey. This group provides the encouragement and information to find the best practices that fit you, right where you are.

The NATURE of
Our Groups

These groups are meant to be small, safe, caring places where travelers can share experiences, discoveries and challenges as they receive and offer support.

Participants learn from each other and from suggested materials, however, no one is forced to speak or share.

No registration or commitment is necessary—just the desire to explore that group's area of focus. Groups run continuously.
